What does the bible say about who will be saved?

For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. As the Scripture says, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame.” for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Jesus said that He was sent into the world not to condemn sinners but to save them from condemnation: “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world but that world through Him might be SAVED.” This is how a sinner is saved from sin’s penalty of condemnation.

We receive salvation in Christ Through repentance and faith. This means turning away from sinful ways (repentance) and turning to God (faith), trusting in Christ. Jesus will forgive your sins and set you on a path to life with Him. We cannot earn this right, it is His free gift.

THE ANSWER IS YES!!! When Jesus died on the cross, he paid the penalty of sin for all who believe in him. He died for your past, present and future sin. Please note, I’m not saying if you are saved, nothing you do matters and You can sin all you want because you are going to heaven anyway.

He saves today by Delivering us spiritually out of this present evil world. (Galatians 1:4). When we accept Jesus as Lord and Saviour, God gives us the Holy Spirit and then translates us into the kingdom of God. (Colossians 1:13); a spiritual kingdom not of this world.

Through Calvary, God didn’t grant a second chance to humans; He provided a holy Substitute—the second Adam—who got it right the first time on our behalf. How reassuring it is to know God leaves nothing to chance, most notably the salvation of His children?

Jesus Christ is the one who saves Because he saved us from the evil one (the devil). God is Almighty, and we should thank God every day for saving our lives. God is the only god that saves. Jesus Christ our Lord has saved his children from the hands and power of the enemy.

The Bible does not say in any part that it is only the 144,000 That will go to heaven. The revelation to John supports Matthew 8:11, which says that many will come from every corner of the earth to sit with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The number 144,000 that were sealed or chosen are not pre-chosen.

God rescued you from death by Sending Jesus to die in your place. God rescued you into his eternal favor by freely giving you Christ’s righteousness.

Many people speak as if everyone will make it to heaven. There is a prevailing though that all you have to do is be born, and then die, and you will be admitted to into paradise. A popular Christian pastor and author declared a few years back that love wins in the end, and that no one actually goes to hell.

Jesus states in Matthew 7:21-23: “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of Heaven”, yet there are some who teach salvation by “faith only”, i.e. as long as someone believes, he/she will be saved.

You enter heaven By forgiveness and through the righteousness that Jesus gives you. You do not enter into heaven by the Christian life. It’s always true that where faith is birthed, works will follow, but salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
