Can i change address after placing order?

Need to change your address after you’ve placed an order? At this time, We can’t change your delivery address once the order has been processed. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can file a cancellation request.

With our multi-address delivery feature, you can buy multiple items in one order and send them to different addresses. To send items from a single order to multiple addresses: Add the items you want to buy to your Shopping Cart. Select Proceed to Checkout.

If your order is being shipped by Amazon’s own shipping service, called Amazon Logistics, then You can change your shipping address any time between when you place the order and when it’s shipped. Unfortunately, once your package hits the road, it’s too late even if Amazon is the shipper.

Select the “Reroute” request, and enter your original address on the shipping label, then the new address you’d like to reroute the package to. If USPS accepts the request, you’ll be prompted to pay a fee of $15.25 plus any applicable postage due for the reroute.

Contact your local post office

Contact the destination local post office before the shipment arrives. They can help you intercept the item and return it to the sender. This works well if you are shipping within the United States.

Go to Your Orders and select Track package, and then Cancel this delivery. If this option is not available (because another carrier shipped this order), refuse the package or return it using our Online Returns Center.

Change Your Scheduled Delivery Date and Time

1. Go to Your Orders and locate your order.
2. Click Change Shipping Speed.
3. Click Select Another Date and Time.
4. From the calendar, select another date and time that works for you.
5. Click Confirm.

You can cancel an Amazon order from the “Your Orders” page of your account. You can’t cancel an Amazon order if the item has already shipped, or if the seller doesn’t allow cancellations. If your cancellation request is denied, you can always try returning the item once it arrives, which is allowed in most cases.

You can Request to reschedule the delivery of your order shipped by Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) any time before delivery. If you want to change a delivery date, contact us and we’ll try to accommodate your request. Note: We can’t expedite or reschedule to a day before the estimated delivery date.

Once you’ve bought a label it is valid postage, and any changes to the label might make the postage paid be the wrong amount. If you’ve made a mistake and need to change the address, weight, dimensions, or anything else, the only option is to Request a refund from USPS or UPS for that label and start over.

If you receive a package addressed to someone else, Contact Customer Service. If you confirm that the package addressed to you, wasn’t ordered by you or anyone you know, report the package online by going to the Report Unwanted Package form.

We can hold onto your package and deliver it once you’re back in town. You can request we leave your package with a neighbor. We can reroute your package to another address, in certain cases. You can request we hold onto your package for you to pick up at a UPS location.
